Understand What Atlanta Is

Understand that Atlanta is NOT a state. Georgia is the state.  Atlanta is a small City or Metro area  Georgia. When people talk about Atlanta they mainly mean the places like midtown or Decatur. People come to the state of Georgia expecting majority of the place to be Atlanta. Understand that Atlanta Ga is in the south of the nation and is a southern state. No matter how much people from everywhere come and try to change that. Atlanta is in Georgia and Georgia is an agricultural state. Georgia is one of the leaders in the nation for agriculture. Georgia produces chicken eggs, tobacco, cotton etc. People come to Atlanta GA expecting this lavish and opportune, southern version of New York city                                                                                                                      Understand that Atlanta GA is one of the 10 states that is mostly populated by the African American race. Should we bring difference and change into black communities?

Realizing that change is very hard if not nearly impossible for black people and mostly for any lower income race, We should look into bringing different activities and a new fresher culture into our communities, but usually when there is an attempt to bring a change or something different -in black communities commonly- it is met with a hefty amount of resistance.

Renovation and diversity to parks and recreation

I 'm an outdoors and athletic type person and when I was younger, I've spent ample time in the community parks. My most favorite to this day is the city of Atlanta park Washington park. There isn't proper care for the parks and the land is often neglected resulting in the decline in popularity and overall use of the parks. I would like to see an increase in the usage of public parks and their recreational facilities, but why update and restore the parks? My number one reason is becau

W hy is everything that flourishes and prospers in Atlanta, GA above I.20? Up north, far away from people on the south-side of the metro Atlanta area. Why do all of the people of the south always travel everywhere else but to the south to get quality in community? Why do people of the African American community leave their perfectly capable and ample community, in disarray, shambles, lower quality etc, to go and grow another community? They...We shouldn't. Its time someone starts addressing the part of Atlanta that's Below I.20 . I want this blog to talk about the good and bad qualities of the south/black Atlanta area. I will be touching on everything that I think are major  influences in the black communities, such as education and administration, down to the smallest thing like personal hygiene. The south and their black communities has so much to offer, So much potential to become a supplier of the same things that the north-side has.I want to bring the light to the sou
